We hope you love your Little Patitas piece as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at littlepatitas2026@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note:

* Items showing signs of wear, damage, pet hair, or use cannot be returned.
* Personalized or customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
